Entering the Wilson Trophy - Introduction
Notes before we ask for details:
- Please download the notice of race and read before proceeding
- Strictly speaking, this is an application to enter – we can only accommodate 32 teams so there is a selection process at the beginning of February and we will publish the results on this site on the 19th February
- The entry fee is £660 which includes use of boats, accommodation, lunches, Friday evening meal, Saturday dinner and VAT (sales tax). You can complete this application process without paying but the fee is payable on or before 12th February – in other words, before selection
- You can pay by debit or credit card or sterling cheque
- The damage deposit is £250 . We require a cheque or card details for this at registration. Unused cheques will be destroyed after the event. You will be given the opportunity to pay for any damage by debit or credit card at the time
- We will need a summary of your team’s achievements to help selection. You may want to make notes before proceeding as posting this summary is part of this process
- Please think about your team name. From this year we will not accept names that don’t relate to your club, locale or sailing organisation – see clause 2.4 of the notice of race.
