Wilson Trophy Alumni Association

It is intended the Association will become a great friend to the Wilson Trophy. It has been set up to regenerate your relationship with the Wilson and West Kirby Sailing Club.

The association will keep you informed about the event you made the best team-racing bonanza in the world. We aim through your membership to get you back to where team-racing grew to the spectacular it is today. You can follow your team virtually through our website or physically here at West Kirby where you are, of course, most welcome at any time. And, you never know, we might organise off-event functions such as a London dinner.

We’ll be expanding this page over the next couple of months so you can share your story and create a place in Wilson history from your point of view. The more you can tell us about when you sailed, with whom you sailed, whom you beat or lost to, your tales from the event and the shenanigans that went on after sailing, the better the association will become. Photos would be great as well and does anyone have any film or video? (We have copying facilities and will also return originals.)
