Our support for our sponsors

All sponsors will receive at least the minimum support stipulated in their contracts. The Wilson Trophy will, of course, always strive to go the extra mile for any and all sponsors but please read contracts carefully to ensure you will receive what you expect to receive.  For instance, mention is made in various parts of this site to reserved seats for sponsors being available on spectator boats.  Because there are so few of them available these seats are all specifically allocated by boat and time well in advance of the event.  They are therefore specifically included in your contract.

Before and after the event please contact us with any queries in the usual way. During the event, however, we will have a sponsor liaison officer on duty but he or she may be hard to find.  Please ask Race Control (the caravan on the slipway by the jetties) to find him for you.

Advertising materials

The Wilson Trophy will be responsible for fixing and maintaining your materials during the event.  They should be available at least two weeks before the event.  Where these materials are due for return (please make sure this is stipulated in your contract) they will be available for collection one week after the event.

If sponsors need help in design or production of advertising materials please contract us in the normal way and we will be happy to help.
