Ladies and Mates Races

Ladies and Mates Races on the tide and the lake first start 1200. Please come and join us - the seaweed forecasts that the weather will be kind and to entice you to sail, there will be cream tea and pimms to follow!

Family Sailing Day

Family Sailing Day
Saturday 21st August from 12 noon

We are holding a relaxed family sailing afternoon with the intention of encouraging members and their guests to make full use of the Club facilites and, weather permitting to have an enjoyable afternoon on the marine lake or watching activities from the Clubhouse/patio.
There will be a barbeque from 1500 followed by the 2010 Wirral & Mersey Regattas Prizegiving at 1800.

Jack and Will to retrace Uffa Fox's trip to Sweden

Jack Gifford and Will Shepherd, along with fellow yachtsman Luke Yeates, have taken up the challenge by the Scandinavian Classic Yacht Trust for British classic yacht owners to retrace Uffa Fox's famous 1,000 mile, 1930 voyage from Cowes to Stockholm.
Lovely boat but not much freeboard!
